The last thing you must be able to do is speak correctly and politely. You need to remember that you are in the service industry. There is always another company right around the corner that can do the exact same thing as you but with a smile. The way to ensure people want to use your company and repeat service is by being nice. This means that no matter how rude the customer may be or how bad your day is going, you always look like the bigger person and can handle any problem.
